Refund Policy for Subscriptions
Effective Date: January 1, 2025
At King Signals, we strive to deliver high-performance tools and strategies for serious traders. Due to the digital nature of our services and the immediate value provided upon access, we maintain a strict no-refund policy for all subscription plans.
All subscription purchases (monthly, quarterly, or annual) are final and non-refundable, including:
TradingView indicator access
Alert services
Discord or community access
Strategy scripts and tools
Educational content provided under a paid tier
This policy applies whether the subscription is used partially, fully, or not at all.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation will stop future renewals but will not retroactively refund charges already made.
Your access will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds may be considered only in the following rare cases:
Duplicate billing (accidental double charge)
Proven technical error preventing access, unresolved within 72 hours of support contact
To request an exception, contact us at support@kingsignals.com within 5 days of the issue.
All one-time digital purchases (non-subscription downloads or scripts) are also non-refundable once access is delivered.
