Terms of Use

KING SIGNALS
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

Original Effective Date: January 1, 2025
Current Version / Last Updated: August 15, 2026
Applies To: KingSignals.com and all King Signals services, products, applications, subdomains, member areas, communications, and associated platforms
Primary Governing Law: State of Texas, United States, subject to mandatory non-waivable law applicable to the user

IMPORTANT SUMMARY

These Terms govern the entire King Signals relationship, including memberships, TradingView tools, educational content, signals, AI features, dashboards, Market Radio, community features, Platform Credits, Wallet Funds, Available Earnings, Fund Account Reserve, Referrals Account Reserve, referral or affiliate programs, digital downloads, and other King Signals services.

Key points:
1. King Signals provides technology, information, education, community, software tools, and member benefits. It does not provide personalized financial or investment advice.
2. The King Signals Fund Account and Reserve programs are membership-benefit programs, not brokerage, custody, pooled investment, managed investment, bank-deposit, or lender/borrower arrangements.
3. Platform Credits are internal King Signals account credits. Unless specifically identified as non-cash promotional credits, Cash-Eligible Platform Credits may be requested for cash redemption under the rules shown in the member account.
4. Platform Credits do not earn interest, yield, APY, dividends, market gains, or a share of King Signals trading results.
5. Reserve Status may provide Premium access, Platform Credits, and other benefits. Where supported, recurring subscription collection may be paused while Reserve Status is active and may resume if Reserve Status ends unless the underlying subscription has been cancelled.
6. Mandatory consumer, payment, privacy, cancellation, refund, or other rights that cannot lawfully be waived in a user's jurisdiction remain preserved.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

1.1 By creating an account, purchasing a product or membership, accepting a checkout notice, accessing or using KingSignals.com, using a King Signals application or member area, receiving or using Platform Credits, requesting a cash redemption or payout, participating in Reserve or referral programs, or otherwise using King Signals services, you agree to these Terms.

1.2 If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the services.

1.3 These Terms apply to all King Signals offerings, including, without limitation:
- TradingView scripts, indicators, strategies, alerts, and related access;
- market information, Market Wire, dashboards, Market Radio, screeners, summaries, and ticker tools;
- AI-assisted features, chat, explanations, and automated summaries;
- educational content, Academy or Learning features, webinars, courses, guides, and assessments;
- community, messaging, profile, performance-review, and trader-journey features;
- paid memberships, subscriptions, digital products, and one-time purchases;
- Platform Credits, Wallet Funds, Available Earnings, cash-redemption and payout functions;
- Fund Account Reserve, Referrals Account Reserve, combined Reserve, and related benefits;
- referral, affiliate, promotional, reward, and service-adjustment programs; and
- any other product or service offered under the King Signals brand.

1.4 The contracting provider is King Investments Ltd, trading as King Signals, or another King Signals entity expressly identified at checkout, on an invoice, or in the user's account records ("King Signals," "we," "us," or "Provider").

2. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT USE

2.1 You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age required to enter into this agreement in your jurisdiction, and legally permitted to use the applicable service.

2.2 You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.

2.3 Unless we expressly license otherwise, an account is for the registered user's personal use. You may not sell, share, rent, transfer, sublicense, or commercially exploit account access.

2.4 You may not use King Signals to violate law, infringe rights, abuse payment or referral systems, manipulate platform records, evade access controls, distribute malware, scrape restricted content, impersonate others, or interfere with platform security or operations.

2.5 We may require identity, payment, tax, sanctions, anti-fraud, account-ownership, or other verification where reasonably necessary for security, cash redemption, payout, compliance, or applicable law.

3. NO FINANCIAL, INVESTMENT, BROKERAGE, OR TAX ADVICE

3.1 All market information, signals, indicators, strategies, AI outputs, education, commentary, alerts, radio content, community content, performance displays, and tools are provided for informational, analytical, or educational purposes.

3.2 Nothing provided by King Signals constitutes personalized investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell a security or other asset, portfolio management, brokerage, custody, fiduciary advice, legal advice, or tax advice.

3.3 Trading and investing involve substantial risk. Prices can move rapidly and you may lose some or all capital you choose to place at risk in your own brokerage, exchange, prop-firm, bank, wallet, or trading account.

3.4 You are responsible for your own trading and financial decisions, position sizing, risk controls, tax treatment, broker selection, and compliance obligations.

3.5 Hypothetical results, backtests, simulations, model outputs, historical statistics, public performance summaries, trader records, community sentiment, and AI-generated explanations do not guarantee future results.

4. AI, AUTOMATED ANALYSIS, AND MARKET DATA

4.1 AI-assisted features may summarize, classify, explain, generate, or organize information. AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or unsuitable for a particular decision.

4.2 You should independently verify material information before acting on it.

4.3 Market prices, news, economic data, social data, third-party feeds, and indicators may be delayed, revised, incomplete, interrupted, or subject to licensing limitations.

4.4 King Signals does not guarantee that a signal, alert, AI output, quote, news item, chart, calculation, or third-party data point is error-free, complete, or delivered at a particular time.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND LICENSE

5.1 King Signals and its licensors retain all rights in proprietary software, source code, algorithms, indicators, strategies, visualizations, documentation, databases, interfaces, branding, educational materials, media, and other protected content.

5.2 Subject to these Terms and the applicable plan, King Signals grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the services for authorized purposes.

5.3 You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, copy, reproduce, redistribute, publish, resell, sublicense, share private source code, circumvent technical restrictions, remove rights notices, or create unauthorized derivative commercial products from protected King Signals materials.

5.4 Nothing in these Terms prevents lawful fair use, an honest consumer review, a complaint to a regulator or law-enforcement authority, obtaining legal or tax advice, complying with legal process, or another disclosure protected by applicable law.

6. MEMBERSHIPS, SUBSCRIPTIONS, AND BILLING

6.1 Paid memberships provide access to the services and benefits stated for the applicable plan, subject to availability, plan eligibility, and these Terms.

6.2 Subscription prices, billing periods, taxes, included benefits, Platform Credit allocations, and renewal terms are shown at checkout or in the member account.

6.3 Unless a subscription is cancelled, paused, or otherwise changed under the applicable account controls or program rules, recurring memberships may renew at the disclosed interval.

6.4 You may cancel recurring billing using the cancellation controls made available by King Signals or another method required by applicable law. Unless an applicable refund rule provides otherwise, cancellation ordinarily stops future renewals and access continues through the paid period.

6.5 Each paid subscription remains tied to the individual member account. Sharing or transferring paid access is prohibited unless expressly authorized.

6.6 King Signals may suspend or revoke access for material misuse, fraud, unauthorized redistribution, payment abuse, security threats, or other material violation of these Terms, subject to applicable non-waivable rights.

7. PLATFORM CREDITS - DEFINITIONS AND PURPOSE

7.1 "Platform Credits" are internal King Signals account credits that may be granted, earned, purchased where lawfully offered, or allocated through eligible memberships, Reserve Status, referrals, promotions, service adjustments, activities, or other disclosed programs.

7.2 "Cash-Eligible Platform Credits" are Platform Credits that the account identifies as eligible for cash redemption.

7.3 "Non-Cash Promotional Credits" are credits expressly identified at the time of grant as promotional, bonus, trial, courtesy, non-cash, or otherwise not cash-redeemable.

7.4 "Cash Redemption" means conversion of Cash-Eligible Platform Credits into a cash-denominated amount under the Redemption Rate and conditions displayed by King Signals.

7.5 "Redemption Rate" means the rate used to convert Cash-Eligible Platform Credits into a cash-denominated amount, as shown in the member account, checkout flow, applicable plan, or program schedule.

7.6 Platform Credits may be used for eligible King Signals services. Except for Non-Cash Promotional Credits or credits otherwise clearly identified as ineligible, Cash-Eligible Platform Credits may also be submitted for cash redemption under Section 8.

7.7 Platform Credits are not transferable between members and may not be sold, assigned, pledged, gifted, loaned, traded, or used as a peer-to-peer payment method unless King Signals expressly enables a lawful feature stating otherwise.

7.8 Platform Credits do not earn interest, yield, APY, dividends, market gains, or any other investment return. Their value is not linked to securities, currencies, commodities, crypto assets, Provider trading performance, or market results.

7.9 Platform Credits do not represent equity, ownership, a beneficial interest, a security, a share of Provider assets, a claim on Provider trading accounts, or a right to participate in King Signals management or profits.

7.10 The legal or regulatory classification of any credit or payment feature is determined by applicable law, not merely by the name used in these Terms. King Signals may apply jurisdiction-specific limits or controls where required.

8. CASH REDEMPTION AND WITHDRAWAL OF PLATFORM CREDITS

8.1 Except for Non-Cash Promotional Credits or credits otherwise clearly identified as ineligible, a member may request cash redemption of Cash-Eligible Platform Credits through the withdrawal or redemption controls made available by King Signals.

8.2 Before or at the time of a redemption request, the platform may display the eligible credit amount, Redemption Rate or estimated cash value, payout currency, minimum request amount, applicable processing or conversion fees, and supported payout method.

8.3 When a valid redemption request is submitted, the corresponding credits may be placed in a pending state and unavailable for further use. Once approved, the cash-denominated value may be converted to Available Earnings and paid through a supported payout method, or paid directly if the platform workflow provides for direct payment.

8.4 King Signals may reasonably delay, reject, reverse, or hold a redemption request where necessary because of insufficient or ineligible credits, duplicate requests, source-payment reversals or chargebacks, fraud or abuse, identity or tax verification, sanctions or anti-money-laundering restrictions, account-security concerns, manifest accounting or system error, payout-provider failure, legal or regulatory restrictions, or another reason disclosed in the applicable program.

8.5 If a redemption request is rejected before payment, the affected credits will ordinarily be restored unless the credits were invalid, fraudulently obtained, expired under a lawful disclosed rule, reversed because the source transaction was reversed, or must be withheld or removed by law.

8.6 Pending redemption amounts do not accrue interest.

8.7 Redemptions are payable only to the member or to a verified payout account legally associated with the member unless King Signals expressly approves another lawful arrangement.

8.8 Cash-redemption availability may vary by country, verification status, payment-provider coverage, sanctions restrictions, and applicable payment, stored-value, e-money, tax, consumer, or other law. If cash redemption cannot lawfully or operationally be offered in a location, King Signals may limit the feature while preserving other rights required by law.

8.9 Any expiration rule for Platform Credits must be disclosed in the applicable plan or program and is subject to applicable law. No expiration applies where prohibited by law.

9. WALLET FUNDS AND AVAILABLE EARNINGS

9.1 Wallet Funds, Platform Credits, and Available Earnings are separate account categories even if presented in a combined account interface.

9.2 "Wallet Funds" means a separately tracked cash-denominated wallet balance, if enabled. Wallet Funds are not Platform Credits.

9.3 Wallet Funds may be deposited, used, refunded, or withdrawn only through supported wallet functions and subject to applicable payment rules, verification, and law.

9.4 "Available Earnings" means the cash-denominated account balance identified by King Signals as eligible to be requested for payout, subject to payout rules, verification, and applicable law.

9.5 Available Earnings may include amounts converted from approved Platform Credit redemptions, eligible rebates, referral or affiliate earnings, and other amounts separately identified as withdrawable.

9.6 A Platform Credit redemption is not treated as a withdrawal of Wallet Funds unless the platform expressly identifies the underlying amount as Wallet Funds.

10. FUND ACCOUNT AND RESERVE STATUS

10.1 The "Fund Account" is a King Signals membership-benefit and Reserve-status program. It is not a brokerage account, managed investment account, pooled fund, bank account, deposit account, custody account, or arrangement in which King Signals invests money on the member's behalf.

10.2 Under the current Fund Account Reserve model, the qualifying Reserve Balance is:
Cumulative Qualifying Membership Payments + Current Wallet Funds = Fund Account Reserve Balance.

10.3 "Qualifying Membership Payments" are completed payments for eligible paid King Signals plans designated as qualifying for Reserve Status. Such qualifying payments are cumulative and ordinarily do not decrease after being recorded.

10.4 Current Wallet Funds are balance-based and may increase or decrease through permitted wallet activity. Because Wallet Funds are current-balance based, a withdrawal or other permitted decrease can reduce the Fund Account Reserve Balance.

10.5 The current Fund Account Reserve threshold is USD 1,000, or a local-currency equivalent displayed by the platform, unless the account or an applicable program schedule expressly states another lawful threshold.

10.6 If the Fund Account Reserve Balance falls below the applicable threshold, Fund Account Reserve qualification may end unless another eligible Reserve route remains active.

10.7 Platform Credits and Available Earnings do not count toward the Fund Account Reserve Balance unless the platform expressly states otherwise for a particular program.

11. REFERRALS ACCOUNT RESERVE AND REFERRAL PROGRAMS

11.1 A member may separately qualify for Reserve Status through an eligible Referrals Account Reserve route under the then-current referral program.

11.2 Under the current model, Referrals Account qualifying balance is based on the sum of the Fund Account qualifying balances of the member's active referrals. The member's own Fund Account Reserve Balance is separate and is not added to the Referrals Account balance.

11.3 Pending, rejected, unconfirmed, duplicate, invalid, or otherwise inactive referral claims do not count toward Referrals Account Reserve qualification.

11.4 Where either the Fund Account Reserve route or the Referrals Account Reserve route remains qualified, Reserve benefits may remain active. Where both qualify, the platform may identify the status as combined Reserve.

11.5 Referral or affiliate commissions, rebates, bonuses, or earnings are governed by the applicable referral-program rules shown on the platform. No referral earning is guaranteed merely because a referral relationship exists.

11.6 Eligible referral or affiliate earnings may be credited to Available Earnings or another account category expressly shown by the platform.

12. RESERVE BENEFITS, PREMIUM ACCESS, AND UNDERLYING SUBSCRIPTION

12.1 Reserve Status may provide enhanced or continuing platform benefits, including Premium platform entitlement, Platform Credits, eligible tools, and other benefits shown in the member account.

12.2 Reserve benefits are service and membership entitlements. They are not interest, yield, dividends, profit distributions, or compensation for supplying investment capital.

12.3 Reserve Status is separate from the member's underlying paid subscription plan.

12.4 Where supported, King Signals may pause recurring payment collection on the underlying subscription while Reserve Status remains active without changing the underlying plan or price.

12.5 If Reserve Status ends, recurring collection for the underlying plan may resume under the existing subscription terms unless the member has separately cancelled the subscription, subject to applicable law.

12.6 A member should use the available subscription controls if the member does not want future recurring billing to resume after Reserve Status ends.

13. RESERVE REFUNDS AND GENERAL REFUND POLICY

13.1 Except where required by law, expressly stated at checkout, provided under an applicable service guarantee, or provided under the Reserve program, purchases of digital products, subscriptions, and services are generally final once delivered or made available.

13.2 Cancellation of a recurring membership ordinarily stops future renewals and does not automatically refund a completed billing period unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise.

13.3 Where the member account expressly identifies a Reserve refund as available, the member may request that refund through the designated process, subject to the amount, verification, and conditions shown by the platform.

13.4 Payment of an available Reserve refund may end or reduce Reserve Status, adjust the applicable Reserve qualifying balance, and end future Reserve benefits associated with the refunded amount, as disclosed in the member account or program terms.

13.5 A Reserve refund is not interest, yield, investment profit, or a guaranteed return.

13.6 Refunds required by mandatory consumer law are not restricted by this Section.

14. NO LOAN, DEPOSIT, INVESTMENT, OR MARKET-LINKED RETURN

14.1 Membership payments are payments for King Signals services and access. Except where applicable refund law or an express refund policy provides otherwise, they are not principal advanced to King Signals.

14.2 Nothing in these Terms creates a lender-borrower, deposit-taking, brokerage, investment-management, fiduciary, pooled-investment, partnership, joint-venture, or ownership relationship between a member and King Signals.

14.3 Platform Credits, Wallet Funds, Available Earnings, Reserve Status, Premium entitlement, and cash redemption do not give a member ownership or beneficial rights in King Signals assets, trading accounts, securities, derivatives, currencies, commodities, crypto assets, or other investments.

14.4 Platform Credits and cash redemption are not calculated from King Signals trading profits, portfolio performance, market returns, or a percentage of member-supplied investment capital unless a separate legally authorized written agreement expressly states otherwise.

14.5 No fixed investment return, interest rate, APY, dividend, profit share, or capital gain is promised under these Terms.

15. PAYMENTS, CHARGEBACKS, REVERSALS, AND ACCOUNTING ERRORS

15.1 Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers and are subject to their terms and availability.

15.2 If a payment used to obtain a membership, Platform Credits, Wallet Funds, or another benefit is reversed, charged back, refunded, disputed, found fraudulent, or otherwise invalidated, King Signals may reverse related credits or benefits, offset related unpaid amounts against eligible account balances where permitted by law, place reasonable holds, or suspend affected features while the matter is resolved.

15.3 King Signals may correct manifest technical, arithmetic, posting, duplicate-credit, or accounting errors. Where a correction materially reduces a member balance, King Signals will provide an explanation or account record where reasonably practicable and required by law.

16. TAXES, CURRENCY, AND PAYOUT COSTS

16.1 You are responsible for personal tax or reporting obligations arising from Platform Credits, cash redemptions, payouts, referrals, affiliate earnings, rebates, or other benefits unless King Signals is legally required to collect, withhold, or report an amount.

16.2 If a payout currency differs from the account or Redemption Rate currency, the conversion rate may be the rate disclosed by King Signals or the payment provider at processing time, together with any disclosed conversion fee.

16.3 Bank, card, payment-provider, foreign-exchange, network, or other third-party fees may apply where disclosed or permitted by law.

17. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS AND SERVICE AVAILABILITY

17.1 Some King Signals features rely on third-party services, including market-data providers, TradingView, payment processors, hosting providers, communications platforms, app stores, or other technology providers.

17.2 King Signals does not control third-party availability, policies, pricing, APIs, outages, or product changes.

17.3 Services may be unavailable temporarily because of maintenance, security events, internet failures, market-data interruptions, regulatory requirements, force majeure, or third-party failures.

17.4 King Signals may modify, replace, improve, or discontinue prospective features where reasonably necessary, subject to non-waivable rights and specific rights already earned under a paid order or valid credit grant.

18. COMMUNITY, USER CONTENT, AND CONDUCT

18.1 If King Signals permits posts, messages, comments, profiles, files, reviews, or other user content, you remain responsible for content you submit.

18.2 You may not submit unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, malicious, harassing, deceptive, privacy-invasive, or security-threatening content.

18.3 You grant King Signals the limited rights reasonably necessary to host, process, display, transmit, moderate, back up, and operate content you submit through the service, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

18.4 King Signals may moderate or remove content and restrict accounts where reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, comply with law, or maintain service integrity.

19. DISCLAIMERS

19.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, King Signals services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

19.2 King Signals does not warrant that services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every device or third-party platform, or suitable for a particular trading objective.

19.3 King Signals does not warrant that any strategy, indicator, signal, AI output, educational method, community opinion, or market analysis will be profitable.

19.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, consumer right, statutory guarantee, or other protection that applicable law does not permit the parties to exclude.

20. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

20.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, King Signals is not liable for trading losses, market losses, missed opportunities, losses caused by a user's independent trading decisions, indirect damages, incidental damages, special damages, consequential damages, or loss of profits arising from informational or educational use of the platform.

20.2 King Signals remains responsible for valid payment, Platform Credit redemption, Wallet Fund, Available Earnings, refund, or payout obligations that it is legally required to honor under these Terms and applicable law, subject to permitted verification, holds, processor failures, fraud controls, and regulatory restrictions.

20.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability arising from fraud, wilful misconduct, or other non-waivable statutory rights.

21. INDEMNIFICATION

21.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless King Signals and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from third-party claims and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the services, your material breach of these Terms, your infringement of third-party rights, or content you unlawfully submit.

21.2 This Section does not require a consumer to indemnify King Signals for King Signals' own unlawful conduct, negligence where such an exclusion is prohibited, or another liability that cannot be shifted by applicable law.

22. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

22.1 King Signals may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account for material breach, fraud, payment abuse, unauthorized redistribution, security threats, unlawful conduct, sanctions restrictions, or other material misuse.

22.2 Where reasonably practicable and not inconsistent with security, fraud prevention, or law, King Signals may provide notice or an opportunity to cure before permanent termination.

22.3 Termination does not automatically extinguish valid Cash-Eligible Platform Credits, Wallet Funds, Available Earnings, refunds, or other accrued rights that applicable law or the terms applicable when granted require King Signals to preserve.

22.4 King Signals may retain records reasonably necessary for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, accounting, security, or dispute purposes consistent with applicable privacy law.

23. FORCE MAJEURE

23.1 King Signals is not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, civil disturbance, cyberattacks, major internet or cloud outages, exchange or market shutdowns, payment-network failures, government action, regulatory changes, labor disruption, or third-party infrastructure failures.

23.2 Force majeure does not eliminate payment, refund, redemption, or consumer obligations to the extent applicable law does not permit those obligations to be excluded.

24. PRIVACY AND DATA

24.1 King Signals does not sell user data to advertisers as part of these Terms.

24.2 Personal information is handled under the King Signals Privacy Policy and applicable privacy law.

24.3 Payment providers, market-data providers, app stores, communications services, and other third parties may independently process information under their own privacy terms.

24.4 If these Terms and the Privacy Policy conflict regarding personal-data processing, the Privacy Policy governs that processing unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

25. CHANGES TO SERVICES, PROGRAMS, AND THESE TERMS

25.1 King Signals may update these Terms to reflect product changes, legal requirements, security needs, new services, or changes to Platform Credit, Reserve, or payment functionality.

25.2 Material changes that adversely affect existing rights will be communicated through the website, member account, email, or another reasonable method before or when the change takes effect, unless immediate action is reasonably necessary for law, fraud prevention, or security.

25.3 Changes to future plan benefits, future Platform Credit grants, future Redemption Rates, or future Reserve benefits do not retroactively remove a specific right already earned under a completed transaction or valid grant where applicable law or the applicable grant terms protect that right.

25.4 Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law. Where affirmative consent is legally required, King Signals will request it.

26. GOVERNING LAW, MANDATORY LOCAL RIGHTS, AND DISPUTES

26.1 These Terms are primarily governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent mandatory non-waivable law applicable to a user requires otherwise.

26.2 A choice of Texas law does not deprive a user of consumer, payment, privacy, cancellation, refund, court-access, or other statutory protections that cannot lawfully be waived in the user's country, state, province, or region.

26.3 Before filing a court claim, the parties should make reasonable good-faith efforts to resolve the dispute informally. King Signals may offer remote mediation or mediation in Texas where appropriate.

26.4 If a dispute is not resolved informally, the parties consent to courts of competent jurisdiction in Texas, except where mandatory law gives the user the right to bring a claim in another forum or prohibits exclusive Texas venue.

26.5 Nothing in this Section prevents a user from bringing an eligible small-claims matter, filing a complaint with a regulator, seeking urgent injunctive relief, or exercising another non-waivable legal right.

26.6 Any prevailing-party attorney-fee provision applies only where enforceable and permitted by applicable law.

27. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS AND NOTICES

27.1 You consent to receive agreements, disclosures, account notices, billing notices, security communications, program updates, and other legally permitted communications electronically.

27.2 King Signals may provide notices through the website, member account, email address on file, in-app message, or another legally permitted channel.

27.3 You are responsible for maintaining a current email address and account contact information.

28. SEVERABILITY AND NO WAIVER

28.1 If a provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

28.2 Failure by King Signals to enforce a provision on one occasion is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.

29. ENTIRE AGREEMENT AND ORDER OF PRECEDENCE

29.1 These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the terms shown at checkout, any specific plan or program schedule, and any other document expressly incorporated by reference form the agreement governing use of the applicable King Signals service.

29.2 If a specific checkout term, plan term, Platform Credit grant, payout term, or program schedule conflicts with these general Terms, the more specific term controls for that specific product or program, subject to mandatory law.

29.3 These Terms supersede prior general King Signals Terms of Use for future use after this version becomes effective.

29.4 A pre-existing signed loan, settlement, employment, contractor, affiliate, enterprise, licensing, or other separately negotiated agreement is not silently converted, cancelled, or replaced by these Terms unless that agreement expressly provides for such replacement or the parties execute a valid amendment.

30. CONTACT, ACKNOWLEDGEMENT, AND ACCEPTANCE

30.1 The current version of these Terms should be made available at KingSignals.com/terms or the successor Terms page.

30.2 By using King Signals after the effective date of these Terms, or by affirmatively accepting them where requested, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them.

30.3 If a jurisdiction requires additional disclosures, local-language terms, withdrawal forms, cooling-off notices, consent language, or other mandatory terms, those materials are incorporated to the extent required by law.
